Additional Details and FAQ

• The Annual Box receives a discounted price per item and exclusive items throughout the year custom-made only for subscribers.

• Each box contains approximately five to seven items, seasonally themed and selected, all handmade in Italy.

​

• We carefully select artisans to work with and verify their production methods, so you don't have to worry about whether your product is really being made in a warehouse somewhere else.

​

• Reveals for each box will be made ~approximately~ two weeks prior to shipping.

​

• For custom-ordered artisan goods we have to receive orders from our customers up-front, then place orders with the artisans, who hand-produce each item. So, there is much longer lead time than with other online ordering. Although, the time to production is proof the process is authentic.
